Purdue extension ServSafe Educators
Purdue Extension has a team of Health and Human Sciences (HHS) educators who are certified to teach the ServSafe curriculum. These educators are subject-matter experts and have extensive training in the area of retail food safety. If you would like to take a ServSafe class, but there is not an educator in your county, you may contact the educator in closest proximity to you to inquire about upcoming trainings.
