Changing Belts

1. Shut down sander.
2. Open the access door.
3. Release belt tension.
4. Release the locking lever, lift it and remove spacer.
5. Remove old/install new belt (pay attention to rotation direction).
6. Center the belt.
7. Reinstall spacer and tighten locking lever.
8. Tension belt.
9. Press STOP HEAD/RESET BRAKE.
10. Start (before starting the head, “jog” it to see if the belt is installed correctly).
