TWS Purdue Conclave REGISTRATION

The Wildlife Society (TWS) Purdue student chapter will be holding the North Central Section Conclave on March 22nd-24th, 2024. Registration will be $100/member and includes housing, food, and a conclave t-shirt. See below for more details.

Camp Tecumseh

We’ll be hosting Conclave at Camp Tecumseh in Brookston, IN. Housing and food will be provided, but members will need to bring their own bedding.

Please have each member fill out these forms by March 1st. The group name should be
“Purdue Student Chapter of The Wildlife Society”

Activities and Other Info

We have a variety of contests and activities planned for our conclave weekend. Contests
include a lab practical, obstacle course, radio telemetry, team competition, quiz bowl, game
calling, and an art/photography exhibition. For more information on these contests, see Contest Descriptions.

We’re still working on finalizing speakers and workshops. Currently, we’re planning to have
workshops on specimen wing preparation and birdhouse building. Planned speakers include the
Indiana DNR K9 unit, researchers from Purdue, and more.

Packing List

Sleeping bag, pillow, toiletry items, towel/washcloth, binoculars (optional)
In order for us to finalize our schedule, we need to know how many people are attending and
competing in our contests. Please fill out the attached form and mail your checks by March. 1st
so that we can report numbers to our host location.
