The Scaling Innovations Lab (ScIL) at Purdue University
The Scaling Innovations Lab (ScIL) at Purdue University conducts research and provides technical assistance to support success in scaling innovations. The Lab's objective is to advance knowledge regarding the conditions that support and enhance the adoption, uptake, expansion and commercialization of innovations, especially those related to agriculture and food systems in developing economies and areas of the world. Affiliated ScIL faculty and staff collaborate globally with researchers and innovators by helping them identify barriers and opportunities to sustainably scale innovations. In doing so, ScIL researchers and partners identify, develop, assess and promote innovations that can achieve commercial success, reach scale and generate positive impacts on society.
