Meet the Management Team
The Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Food Safety is jointly managed by Purdue and Cornell Universities. Our management team and technical experts leverage extensive experience in international food safety research, education, and extension to manage a portfolio of food safety and capacity development projects.
This project is identifying areas in value chains where strategic actions can enhance food safety in fish and chicken, which are among the most important and affordable animal-based protein sources in the Bangladeshi diet. By identifying areas along the value chain which need improvement, calibrating food safety training programs, and developing tools to quantify the benefits of improved food safety, the project is creating an enabling environment to support consumers’ access to safe, nutritious food products.
