Meet the Management Team
The Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Food Safety is jointly managed by Purdue and Cornell Universities. Our management team and technical experts leverage extensive experience in international food safety research, education, and extension to manage a portfolio of food safety and capacity development projects.
This project is targeting food safety gaps in the production, distribution, and sale of vegetables in Cambodia. The team is identifying the bacterial pathogens that pose the greatest food safety risk and investigating critical control points within the food value chain to identify contributors to pathogen contamination, transmission, and persistence.
