Digital Agriculture Resources toolbox
Spreadsheets, apps, and platforms come in many sizes and shapes and provide computational tools for an unbelievable number of quantitative decisions. We presume farms and agribusinesses use them extensively whether the user does the programming or just uses pre-set configurations of tools.
We have compiled an ever growing list of spreadsheets and applications and put them into a “toolbox” (actually a spreadsheet listing). These are on topics such as field crops, fertilizer recommendations, economics, data management, animal agriculture, and more. For convenience, we also compiled tools from other institutions, educational website posts, and YouTube videos. Once you are in the toolbox, you can search by category and topic. This list will grow over time so be sure to check back often.

For those wanting or needing a primer on spreadsheets, here is one related to problem-solving (the basis of those tools) and another regarding data analysis.
