DATA ANALYTICs INTERN (SUMMER 2026)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with field auditors and use data-driven approaches to identify areas of risk or concern.
- Assist in identifying and gathering relevant datasets from internal systems.
- Identify relationships between datasets to enable effective joins and support deeper analyses.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and insights.
- Use storytelling techniques to create clear and impactful visualizations that communicate data insights to auditors and stakeholders.
- Evaluate and refine generative AI tools assisting in audit processes.
Internship Program Requirements:
- Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 and Summer 2028. Must have an overall 2.8GPA (change if you need to)
- Transportation: Interns must have their own reliable transportation to and from work.
- Geographical Flexibility: Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations in North America.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required.
- Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2026.
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and Power Query.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and approach problems methodically.
- Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work with datasets and draw meaningful insights.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework or project experience in data analysis, statistics, or business.
- Exposure to audit, risk management, or compliance topics (optional).
- Familiarity with generative AI tools or prompting techniques.
- Experience with Power BI or SQL (preferred but not required).
