DATA ANALYTICs INTERN (SUMMER 2026)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with field auditors and use data-driven approaches to identify areas of risk or concern.
  • Assist in identifying and gathering relevant datasets from internal systems.
  • Identify relationships between datasets to enable effective joins and support deeper analyses.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and insights.
  • Use storytelling techniques to create clear and impactful visualizations that communicate data insights to auditors and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and refine generative AI tools assisting in audit processes.

Internship Program Requirements: 

  • Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 and Summer 2028. Must have an overall 2.8GPA (change if you need to)
  • Transportation: Interns must have their own reliable transportation to and from work. 
  • Geographical Flexibility: Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations in North America. 
  • Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required. 
  • Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2026. 
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and Power Query.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and approach problems methodically.
  • Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work with datasets and draw meaningful insights.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework or project experience in data analysis, statistics, or business.
  • Exposure to audit, risk management, or compliance topics (optional).
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools or prompting techniques.
  • Experience with Power BI or SQL (preferred but not required).
