Education and Engagement Intern – Summer 2026

Indiana Farm Bureau’s Education & Engagement team works to educate students and the public about agriculture while providing networking and leadership opportunities.

Internship Details

  • Full-time (37.5 hrs/week), mid-May to mid-August

  • Based at INFB headquarters in downtown Indy (free parking, onsite café & fitness center)

  • Paid internship

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver ag-focused lessons and materials

  • Support AITC summer workshops, State Fair, and other events

  • Research ag-accurate resources for schools and volunteers

  • Work with INFB staff and volunteers on programs and outreach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing agricultural education or communications degree

  • Experience preparing lessons for middle/high school students

  • Agricultural background

Required Qualifications

  • Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented

  • Familiarity with Indiana academic standards

  • College sophomore through senior
