CORPORATE Communications INTERN (SUMMER 2026)

Location: Salisbury, MD
Salary Range: $21.90 - $28.13 per hour

Come join us at Corporate HQ for Summer 2026! Our Corporate Communications Internship offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over an 8 - 10 week period. Come experience an inside look in the world of communications and food production. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the communications team in telling the company’s story across internal and external channels.
  • This includes assisting with content creation for company news updates, intranet stories, social media content ideation and creation, and press materials; helping with media monitoring and research; helping prepare briefing documents and talking points for leadership; and contributing to event planning and execution.
  • Gain hands-on experience in media relations, storytelling, and corporate reputation management while working closely with a collaborative communications team.

Education Requirements:

  • This position is open to rising Juniors or Seniors pursuing a Bachelors degree.
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Experience Requirements:

  • Strong writing and editing skills — experience writing for student publications, blogs, newsletters, or social media is a plus.
  • Comfort with basic content creation, such as drafting social posts, intranet updates, or press release support.
  • Research skills for media monitoring and trend tracking.
  • Organizational skills to support events, projects, and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: able to work with multiple stakeholders and take direction.
