Job Overview
Tree Team Members work in an 11-person crew with two adult leaders, maintaining urban trees across Indianapolis through watering, mulching, and occasional staking. The role includes professional development and enrichment opportunities.

Requirements
At least 14 years old and enrolled in high school
Interested in environmental work and teamwork
Able to commit to no more than eight absences in seven weeks
Physically able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather
Able to receive direct deposit payments
