We’re the Graduate Student Organization (GSO) of the ASEC Department, and guess what? If you're a grad student here, you’re already one of us — no sign-up fees, no secret handshakes, just pure community spirit.

Think of us as your grad school family — a crew that’s here to make your journey through Purdue not just successful, but also meaningful and fun. We host brown bag seminars, career-building workshops, farm and industry tours, and even help you snag opportunities like travel grants and scholarships.

But we don’t stop there...From our Fall Party and Thanksgiving White Elephant Day to the legendary Christmas bash and Summer Olympics, we know how to mix productivity with good vibes.

New to campus or curious about life after campus? We’ve got GSO brownbag seminars where ASEC alumni, mentors, and experienced grad students share real talk about research, life, and surviving snowstorms. We also team up with the Purdue Graduate Student Government to keep you looped into all things Purdue has in store for you!
