This office hours webinar for consumers and the food industry in Cambodia was produced as part of the Food Safety Innovation Lab’s Rapid Response Project to Manage the COVID-19 Pandemic Food Safety and Food Security Challenges. Delivered in Khmer by Dr. Chay Chim, faculty and researcher of Agro-Industry at the Royal University of Agriculture, this virtual office hours session in May 2021 focused on food hygiene and food safety guidelines for preventing coronavirus spread within food businesses.
