This office hours webinar was produced as part of the Food Safety Innovation Lab’s Rapid Response Project to Manage the COVID-19 Pandemic Food Safety and Food Security Challenges. Delivered in Khmer by Dr. Chay Chim, faculty and researcher of Agro-Industry at the Royal University of Agriculture, this virtual office hours session in May 2021 provided science-based information about COVID-19 for consumers and the food industry in Cambodia.
