This brief describes the goals and projected outcomes of a project that is using food safety economics to understand the factors influencing production and consumption decisions about produce safety in Nepal. This project is funded by USAID and the Food Safety Innovation Lab as part of Feed the Future, the U.S. Government’s global hunger and food security initiative.
