The Center for Food Demand Analysis and Sustainability (CFDAS) creates, interprets and communicates data-driven insights into consumer preferences and behavior in food markets. The past year saw our continued collaboration with DIAL and the first round of our new seed grant program, among other key activities and milestones reached.
