MINORITIES IN AGRICULTURE, NATURAL RESOURCES, AND RELATED SCIENCES
Changing the face of agriculture by linking hands around the world.
We welcome all people,
especially those with interests in promoting diversity and inclusion in agricultural and related sciences disciplines and beyond. Our members include undergraduate students, graduate students, professionals and alumni.
Each fall, MANRRS holds regional cluster meetings, serving as premier recruitment events. Each cluster offers attendees access to an opportunity fair, student competitions, mixers, and professional and leadership development. Regional clusters encourage diversity and inclusion and promote the development of professional skills.
Every spring, all regions of the society are united. Attendees experience educational training sessions, hear from inspirational speakers, and make powerful connections with industry partners, professionals, and students from more than 65 colleges and universities. There are also opportunities to compete in national competitions, including the business pitch, quiz bowl, and research presentation.
