Destination Geneva National is a 54-hole championship golf facility in Lake Geneva, WI featuring courses designed by Palmer, Player, and Trevino, a one-acre Himalayas-style putting course, and lakeside practice facility. We maintain tournament-level playing conditions using a Toro equipment fleet. We are seeking a motivated turf graduate to join our agronomic leadership team.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily course setup and maintenance
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides (with training)
- Support irrigation repairs and system monitoring
- Help supervise and train crew members
- Prepare courses for tournament-level conditions
- Participate in snow removal and winter operations
What We’re Looking for:
- Turfgrass Management degree or certificate
- 0–3 years golf course experience
- Pesticide license or ability to obtain
- Strong work ethic and desire to grow
