Hi! I am a Junior in the Landscape Architecture program here at Purdue University. In addition to HLA Ambassadors, I am a member of PASLA, have been a BGR Team Leader for the past three years, and danced with the Higher Ground Dance Company for two years.  As a junior in the program, I am currently preparing for co-op at HDLA in Nashville for the upcoming year.

I’m a junior in Sustainable Food and Farming Systems with minors in Fermentation Science, and International Studies in Agriculture. I am an HLA Ambassador, College of Agriculture Ambassador, Beekeeping Club President, and The Period Project Vice President here at Purdue. I’m also involved with Cultivating Change, Alpha Zeta Honor Society, and Dean’s Scholars. I love to travel, and I’ve become a huge fan of study abroad since traveling to Costa Rica and France. I am involved in many clubs on campus including PASLA (landscape architecture), Horticulture Society, Student Farm Club, Acabellas, Western Equestrian, Spanish Conversation Club and Outing Club!

Hey! My name is Ellie and I am a first-generation student studying landscape architecture at Purdue University! Outside of my studies, I am involved in the Purdue Contemporary Dance Company where I hold the Social Chair position. I am also active in the Purdue American Society of Landscape Architects and Ag Ambassador programs. Alongside all of these activities, I run a small business named Earthy Jewelry Shoppe on Etsy, where I handcraft custom earth-inspired crystal jewelry!

Hi! I am a Junior in Horticulture Production and Marketing with a passion for Agritourism and Ag Education. In addition to HLA Ambassadors, I am an officer in Sigma Alpha Agriculture Sorority and am employed in the Johnson-Young Weed Science Lab at Purdue. I have had the opportunity to intern through Purdue Extension in Warrick County, IN in 2023 and will intern at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC the summer of 2024. I am the former president of the HLA Ambassadors as well as the treasurer of the Purdue Turf Club. I have had the chance to travel across the country with the Purdue Turf Club to conventions and competitions, work for the Sports Turf Crew on campus on all the athletic fields, and be a part of HLA Ambassador’s to be involved in outreach to current and incoming students! Besides participating in the Horticulture Ambassadors, I enjoy staying active by biking with the Purdue Cycling Club, and I’m involved at my church in the St. Thomas Aquinas Chant Choir and the Thomistic Institute.
