Completion of the Program
When you have met the requirements for the program, sign the Verification Completion Form and turn it in to your coach along with your completed e-portfolio. The coach should then review these materials to verify that they are complete and that you have met the requirements for completion. After verifying the qualifications, the coach should also sign the Verification Completion form, and forward it to the Leadership Development Certification Program office in Room 121 of the Agricultural Administration Building. Completion of the certificate is dependent upon the approval and verification of the leadership coach as well as certification by the Leadership Development Certificate Program Faculty Committee.
