Welcome to the Department of Animal Sciences Extension home page. Animal Sciences Extension is a part of a larger group, the Cooperative Extension Service (CES), one of the nation’s largest, most research-based providers of information and education.

The Animal Sciences Extension group is diverse in its interests and represents aquaculture, beef cattle, dairy cattle, horses, poultry, sheep and swine. The group’s disciplines include animal waste management, genetics, meat science, nutrition and reproduction.
