CTSI-Certified...again!
The PEMC has just renewed our Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (CTSI) certification.
New Equipment - (S)TEM on Apreo 2S
A new (S)TEM detector has been installed on the Apreo 2S in WSLR thanks to Alex Laskin, who was awarded the funds from the Office of Research equipment fund. As part of this funding, we will also be upgrading the Aztec EDX software to include "AztecFeature," which is used for particle analysis. Read more about AztecFeature here.
Thanks to Alex Laskin's decision to place this equipment within the PEMC, all users can benefit from this new capability. Read more about Dr. Laskin's research on his research group's website here.
