Location: Remote (field-based)
Compensation: $70K - $120K
Ecorobotix is on a mission to transform agriculture with ultra-high precision AI-driven spot spraying. Our flagship ARA sprayer uses Plant-by-Plant™ technology to treat only what needs treating — cutting chemical use by up to 95% while protecting yield, soil health, and grower profitability.
We're rapidly scaling our North American operations and building a team of Regional Crop Care Managers who will be the boots-on-the-ground experts proving the value of this technology in real commercial fields. These roles report directly to the North American Crop Care Manager and sit at the intersection of agronomy, field execution, data validation, and grower success.
As a Regional Crop Care Manager, you will own the success of ARA in your assigned territory (North Central U.S.). You will run agronomic field trials, validate algorithms under local conditions, collect and interpret data, deploy the ARA for demos and training, and serve as the technical bridge between our technology and commercial growers and dealers.
This is a high-impact, field-heavy role for someone who genuinely enjoys being in the dirt — planning and executing trials, scouting in-season, troubleshooting in real time, and translating results into clear agronomic and financial stories that help growers adopt the technology.
