The MetLife Investment Management (MIM) Summer Analyst program offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic and collaborative professional environment. Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day business activities and contribute to projects that align with team and organizational objectives.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare insights, reports, or presentations to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners on business processes, projects, and operational priorities.
- Participate in meetings, networking events, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance business knowledge and skills.Assist with process improvements, documentation, and other assignments while gaining exposure to industry practices and organizational operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
