JR. FARM HAND

Location: Flora, IN
Hours: Fulltime, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, mandatory overtime during planting, harvest, and special projects
Position Starts: Feb 15, May graduates may also be considered

Robeson Farm Services is hiring a Jr. Farm Hand to assist in the overall operation of the farm, including planting and harvest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grain Hauling & Truck Driving
• Grain Systems Assistance
• Field Work
• Heavy Equipment Operation
• Equipment Maintenance
• General Maintenance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to lift more than 75 lbs
• Knowledge of equipment operations is helpful; training can be provided

Benefits:

• Starting pay $18.50 for inexperienced applicants, higher starting wage for experience and licenses
• Increased starting pay for CDL and/or Cat 1 applicator license
• Health insurance provided, 100% of premium paid by employer
