2027 Select Sires Inc. Internship - Talent Development

Select Sires, Inc. is currently seeking candidates to join our team as an International Marketing Intern. This temporary full-time, hourly, non-exempt position is at our Visalia, CA facility and reports to the Senior Vice President of Export Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and elevate content for the Select Sires internal online training platform to best engage employees and empower them to continue learning and developing.
- Assist with the facilitation of group tours, new employee orientation, and other employee engagement activities.
- Participate in self and team development training utilizing the Predictive Index and 5 Voices.
- Manage planning and logistics to support Talent Development initiatives as needed.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required and pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree.
