Golf Course Maintenance Internship
Location: Williston, ND

Compensation: $20/hour + overtime, housing provided, and golf privileges
The Links of North Dakota is looking for a motivated Golf Course Maintenance Intern to join our team in Williston, North Dakota. This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside our Golf Course Superintendent and gain valuable experience in every aspect of golf course maintenance and management.
The course also recently completed a full irrigation system renovation in 2024, along with a renovation of the Hole 1 green, giving interns the opportunity to work with updated systems and be part of ongoing course improvement projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Gain hands-on experience with:
- Daily golf course setup and preparation
- Irrigation repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Water management and turf health
- Fertilizer and chemical applications
- Sprayer and application equipment calibration
- Equipment operation and maintenance
- Crew supervision and team management
- Tournament preparation
- Golf course improvement and renovation projects
QUALIFICATIONS
