Departmental Seminar: Nutrigenomics in Beef Cattle

Miguel Henrique de Almeida Santana, Associate Professor, College of Animal Science and Food Engineering, University of São Paulo

Miguel Henrique de Almeida Santana is an associate professor at the University of São Paulo (FZEA/USP) in Brazil. He holds a doctorate in animal science and previously served as a visiting researcher at the University of Copenhagen. His research focuses on genomics, feed efficiency, fetal programming and meat quality in Nellore cattle. His seminar will focus on nutrigenomics in beef cattle.
