This day has two field walks in the same area.
Nelson-Stokes Property, 9:30-11:00 am
Join foresters on a morning tour of a Purdue-owned property. Topics will include regenerating openings
with desirable species and management after a storm damage harvest. Lunch is on your own.
Royer property, 1:00-3:15 pm
Topics include:
- Wildlife tree plantings
- Crop tree release in plantings
- Deer Protection and seedling establishment
