Purdue Banding Station Public Education Night
The Purdue Northern Saw-Whet Owl Banding Station will be hosting a Public Education Night. It will be hosted at the John S. Wright Forestry Center on Saturday, November 8th from 4:30 - 5:15 pm. This event is open to anyone who would like to participate to come and learn about the owls and the process. Participants are also welcome to stay for the owl banding after the presentation. We will set up nets and conduct hourly check nets. If owls are caught, we will demonstrate how to properly band them.
