Terraform: Art in the Woods at Martell Forest
Purdue graduate art students are bringing creativity outdoors with Terraform, a unique installation series inspired by the history, research, and natural beauty of Martell Forest. Nearly a dozen student works stretch from the Wright Center to the arboretum, blending art, environment, and exploration.
November 15th to December 6th, visitors can walk over the bridge to the arboretum to view over a dozen exhibits outdoors and meet the artists. They will also be gathering and watching how each piece interacts with the landscape and wildlife. The installations will remain on display through December, maps will be available at the parking lot for self-guided visits.
There will be a reception Saturday, November 15th from 1pm - 5pm to celebrate the opening of this exhibit.
