American Fisheries Society 156th Annual Meeting

For the first time since 1933, the American Fisheries Society (AFS) returns to Columbus, Ohio, to hold their 2026 annual meeting themed "The Heart of Sustainability: Habitat as the Foundation of Productive Fisheries," from August 30th to September 3rd. Each day of the conference is filled with different activities like plenary talks, poster sessions, networking events, exhibits, bonding activities, and more. Join and connect with other passionate attendees in learning about the latest fisheries science research and technology, and developing real-world skills. 

Early bird registration ends on Wednesday, June 24th at 11:59 PM EST. AFS members can save up to $200 on registration, but must log in with their AFS accounts to receive the discounted rates. All presenters must register for the meeting.
