Danita has been farming her whole life. She grew up on a farm, married into a farm family, and is active in the management of Rodibaugh & Sons today. She and her husband, Dave, and three of his brothers and their wives raise corn, soybeans, wheat and show pigs at Rodibaugh & Sons.

As past president of National Pork Board (NPB) and former chair of the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF), Danita is an agriculture advocate. She served on the USMEF Executive Committee, the NPB Trade Committee, Pork Quality, Safety and Human Nutrition Committee, and the Environment Committee, and as a Director of National Pork Producers Council and Indiana Pork.

Danita received a B.S. in consumer and family sciences/education from Purdue and is very involved serving on many boards and committees with Purdue. She knows her way to West Lafayette as she enjoys football, basketball, and volleyball season tickets.

Danita and her husband, Dave, have four children and enjoy time spent with their eight grandchildren. She and Dave are active in their church also.
