In most cases, students explore internship opportunities after completing their preliminary exam, typically during the third or fourth year of the PhD program. Internship Planning process

12 Months Before Internship (May - June):

10–11 Months Before Internship (July - August):

• Attend career events and networking opportunities.

7 Months Before Internship (Estimated Deadline: Late October):
