Customer Success Manager

Tellia is building the voice-first operating system for agriculture. Right now, farmers and agronomists are drowning in field data they can't act on. We convert messy voice notes, photos, and WhatsApp messages into structured intelligence that actually drives decisions. 

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with our customers from the moment a contract is signed. 

This is a high-ownership role for someone fast-learning, reliable, and genuinely excited about working closely with real users in the field. You'll report to our Founding Operations and be responsible for making sure customers onboard, adopt, and rely on Tellia. 

What you'll do 

  • Own onboarding end-to-end. Take the handoff from Sales and get new customers live, trained, and seeing value fast.
  • Be the primary point of contact for our customers: reachable, responsive, and proactive. 
  • Run regular check-ins with customers, surface issues early, and ensure they're getting real value out of the platform. 
  • Become the expert on how each customer operates: their workflows, their team structure, their reporting obligations, and use that knowledge to help them get more out of Tellia. 
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, deeper usage, and long-term retention. 
  • Help build the playbooks, processes, and documentation that will scale this function as we grow. 

What we're looking for 

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a customer-facing role. 
  • Prior experience working in agriculture and agtech, and a deep understanding about how farmers operate. 
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal. You can talk to a farm manager and an engineer in the same day and be effective with both. 
  • Exceptionally organized. You manage many accounts, many conversations, and many moving pieces without dropping the ball. 
  • You learn fast, ask good questions, and don't wait to be told what to do. 
  • Comfortable with technology and able to get fluent in new tools quickly. 
  • Fluent in English and French (Spanish is a strong plus) 

Why this matters 

Agriculture is a $1.3 trillion industry that hasn't been disrupted by AI yet. This is a chance to work directly with customers on the ground, understanding how they scout, report, manage teams, and make decisions, and turn that into real adoption. You’ll see where things break, where value clicks, and where we need to improve. That insight doesn’t stay in Customer Success. It shapes product, onboarding, and how we scale the company. You’ll work closely with the founding team, have direct exposure to customers across the US, LATAM and Europe, and play a key role in turning early traction into real, lasting usage.
