Favorite memories of your time at Purdue: Going on a study aboard trip to France and being able to network with all the companies that come to the Food Science department.
Favorite club/organization: Food Science Club and Horizons
What other activities or organizations did you participate in while at Purdue?: Food Science Club (President 2024-25), Horizons Peer Mentor, College of Agriculture first generation college student peer mentor, Purdue University Dance Marathon (PUDM), Tri Alpha
Favorite Purdue event: Spring Fest
Places you have been as a Purdue student: During a study abroad trip with Ag Econ, I visited Nice, Lyon, and Paris, France, where I learned about the food and culture in different regions of France. I interned with Ingredion in their quality assurance department in Indianapolis, Indiana. I also had a TAG Product Development internship with Nestle in Arlington,Virgina/Washington D.C.
Favorite thing about Purdue Food Science and/or the College of Agriculture: Being able to build relationships with other students in different grades and with faculty.

Advice for underclassmen: Take advantage of all opportunities you're given, from networking with companies to clubs to study abroad.
