You are invited to see and tour our 9,000-square-foot pilot plant, which operates as a model manufacturing area and provides opportunities for cutting-edge interdisciplinary research. From Boiler bee honey to hot sauce production, our functional, flexible environment is equipped for exploring traditional, innovative, and emerging food processing technologies.
