Fermentation Frenzy

See what’s brewing in fermentation science! Join us for the Annual Fermentation Frenzy event on January 27 in Marriott Hall (900 W State St, West Lafayette, IN).  During this event, we will celebrate the various forms of fermentation, from fermented vegetables to breweries and wineries to industrial fermentation. Local businesses and organizations will be in attendance and will showcase their fermented foods and beverages. Fermentation Frenzy will also feature a poster session where Purdue students will share their research and work within the field of fermentation science. Pre-registration is not required for this event. Fermentation Frenzy is open to all ages.

What to Expect:

• An opportunity to network with others interested in fermentation science
• Exhibitors presenting their fermentations – from home to industrial scales (and sometimes samples!)
• Poster presentations of ongoing fermentation science research
• Delicious (and FREE) food and soda
• Fermented beverages for purchase (cash only, please) including People’s Boiler Gold, IPA, Space Pilot Porter, and Daily Juicer IPA
• Music, conversation, and lots of fun!
