2024 Purdue Ag Alumni Fish Fry

Purdue Ag Alumni Fish Fry

Come home to the 2024 Purdue Ag Alumni Fish Fry - right here in Tippecanoe County!

The annual event will feature three academic leaders from the College of Agriculture who will share the inspiring progress being made in digital agriculture. Agronomy professor Mitch Tuinstra and forestry and natural resources professor Songlin Fei will show the methods they and their colleagues are using to measure every tree and crop. Ankita Raturi, an assistant professor of agricultural and biological engineering, will illustrate how her lab is analyzing the data being collected in these and other efforts to improve resilience in food and agricultural systems. Renowned agriculture broadcaster Max Armstrong will welcome guests to the event. Armstrong is known to generations of Midwestern farmers as the former host of shows on RFD-TV and WGN-TV and Radio.

Be sure to come early, doors open at 9:30am, to visit Purdue Ag Avenue presented by Can-Am. Stop by the Purdue Food Science table to say hello! Program begins at 11 am.
