Our Lab’s Grilling Video

Last spring our lab decided to create a video to educate people on how to properly prepare chicken and pork chops. Many people are not aware of the many food safety precautions that should be taken to avoid getting sick. Our video goes over preparation, cooking, storage, and all the steps in between to create some delicious pork chops and marinated chicken.
