On February 11, 2026, Wellsley Farms announced a recall of 2lb packs of Farm-Raised Atlantic Salmon. This recall is due to the possible risk of Listeria

Affected products were sold in BJ’s Wholesale Club stores in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Virginia from January 31 through February 7, 2026. This product was packaged in 2 lb bags with a UPC code of 888670025963 and a lot number of 3896 on the back of the bag.

No illnesses have been reported to date. Listeria monocytogenes can cause symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, nausea, headache, stiffness, and abdominal pain in healthy persons and can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, elderly people, and people with weakened immune systems.

BJ’s Wholesale Club is notifying consumers who may have purchased the recalled product. For instructions on what to do with the affected product and how to obtain a full refund, consumers may call 1-888-628-0730 at any time.
