Patricia Sipes

Patricia (Trish) Sipes has been with IPIA since 2008. She has managed projects in Afghanistan, Cambodia, the Dominican Republic, Egypt, Honduras, Laos, and Pakistan. She currently provides day-to-day administration of a variety of programs within the College of Agriculture. Trish holds a BS in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in International Leadership.
