On August 26, 2025, Taylor Farms announced a recall of certain packages of Honey Balsamic Salad Kits. This recall is due to the product containing sesame and soy, which are not declared on the label.
The affected product was the 6/8.3 oz Honey Balsamic salad kits. These were distributed in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia. The affected products have a “Best If Used By” date up to and including September 4th, as well as a code date starting with “TFRS” in the upper right-hand corner of the packaging.
To date, no illnesses have been reported due to this recall. However, people who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to sesame and/or soy could potentially have a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction to this product.
Consumers are urged to discard the recalled salad kit immediately and not consume it. For any questions or concerns, consumers can call 855-455-0098 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time on Monday-Friday.
