student speaks to employers during the career fair

College of Agriculture Spring Career Fair

The College of Agriculture hosts career fairs in the fall and spring semesters. More than 250 organizations attend annually. Several sectors of the agricultural industry are represented, including natural resources, technology, food and animal sciences, plant and crop sciences, and farm management to list a few.

College of Agriculture students and alumni have the opportunity to interact with employers, submit resumes, and interview for permanent or internship positions. Freshmen and sophomore students are encouraged to join upper-level students at the career fairs to learn about careers and develop the art of professional conversations early. Students that have related majors in other colleges at Purdue, and those from partner institutions are also invited to attend.
