Dr. Jozef Kokini awarded the 2017 Institute of Food Technology's Nicolas Appert Award

Dr. Jozef Kokini, Scholle Endowed Chair in Food Processing, has been awarded the 2017 Institute of Food Technology's Nicolas Appert Award! The Appert Award recognizes "preeminence in and contributions to the field of food technology" and is named after Nicolas Appert. It is IFT's highest honor for accomplishments in our field.
