Top three influences for you at Purdue:

My top 3 influences at Purdue are my sorority Zeta Tau Alpha. ZTA has brought me so much joy while being at college. ZTA as also made me grow in many skills being leadership, communication, and being understanding. My other influence would be my close friend group. I found my friends though my sorority and they are family to me they have pushed me through the hard times and celebrated the good times. My last influence would be my professors. Even though Purdue is a big school I feel as if each of my professors in the college of ag have tired and come to know me individually.

Top 5 memories of your time at Purdue:

Some memories that will stay with me forever from Purdue are: fountain runs, late night mad mushroom runs, denpop runs, studying on krach lawn, and our sorority events.

Places you have been as a Purdue student:

This summer of 2023 I have an internship at Sherwin Williams for sales and management position. This internship has taught me so much about sales and relationship building. I am also in the sales team for Purdue. I compete in role plays and learn about the sales process.

Favorite club/organization at Purdue: I am in the College for mentors Club. It’s my favorite because it gets you out of the classroom and pretend to be a kid again with your buddy.

Favorite student-led event/initiative: My favorite student - led event would be my sorority’s philanthropy event “Big Man on Campus”

Favorite Purdue event: I love football and basketball games!!

Favorite place on campus: Grey House on Daniel BLVD.

Favorite place to study: WALC library I love the lighting in there and how quiet it is for such a big building.

Favorite thing about the College of Ag: My favorite thing about the College of Ag is how big it is but yet everyone knows everyone. There’s a tight knit community and it brings everyone together.

Favorite class: CSR 315

Favorite professor: Dr. Dale or Dr. Wo.

Three biggest accomplishments at Purdue:

  • Getting an internship
  • Having one of my research papers for AGEC 327 be published in the AgEcon letter
  • Being MC for my philanthropy event for my sorority

Something about you that is not listed on your resume: Something about me that’s not listed on my resume is that I was MC for big man in campus (philanthropy event)

Future Plans: I have not accepted employment yet for after graduation. I would like to end up somewhere selling pharmaceuticals for an animal health company.

Advice for lower classmen: My advice would be to try to get involved in as many things has you can. Because it builds up a bigger networking base for when you are a senior and need to know people for going out into the world after graduation.

Biggest takeaway from Purdue: My biggest takeaway from Purdue would be cherish your friendships and every moment at Purdue because time goes so fast and make all the memories you can!
