pretzel kravings

On April 18th , 2023, Dakota Style Food, Inc. announced the recall of Hy-Vee Brand Honey Mustard Braided Pretzels, Hy-Vee Brand Dill Pickle Braided Pretzels, and Hy-Vee Brand Salt and Vinegar Braided Pretzels. The recall is due to the potential presence of undeclared milk that could cause life-threatening allergic reactions for people with sensitivity to milk.

The recalled products were distributed through retail stores in IL, IA, KS, MN, MO, NE, SD and WI. No illnesses occurred when consuming the product. However, the reason for the initiation of the recall was a complaint from a consumer that milk containing product is distributed without revealing the milk presence. Consumers are encouraged not to consume the product and return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.

For any questions or concerns, customers can ask questions regarding this recall at 1-800-446-2779, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, CST.
