Global Entrepreneurship in london

Grace Klinkhamer (Junior, Agribusiness; West Lafayette, IN) enjoyed her first international trip during Spring Break 2026. As a student completing the Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Grace participated in the “Global Entrepreneurship in London” program. With 14 other Boilermakers, Grace had the opportunity to visit London businesses and learn about how the city is a great place for start-ups!

Her top 2 activities on the trip included a walking tour of London and a visit to Borough Market, a huge farmers’ market. She and a friend also took a “detour” on the way home and went to Paris to see the Louvre, Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame. Grace’s favorite memory was seeing the city from the London Eye.

Grace shared, “I wanted to go outside the College of Agriculture and meet new people and learn something a little bit new compared to the classes that I take every day! This trip allowed me to travel abroad, but in a very structured and valuable way. I am so grateful to have been able to go on this trip and learn all about another city!”
